The room was very clean and well appointed. I only have two very minor complaints. The a/c unit was a little but noisy, and I had to bend down in the shower to get the soap and shampoo.

This property ois in process of updating so a hanging rod was omitted in our room Overall, it was clean snd comfortable. The young woman at the fron desk in the evening also set up and cleand the breakfast sres. zshe deserves a raise.

Set up is more like a motel. Beds were extremely uncomfortable. Went at 7:45am for breakfast and scrambled eggs were gone. Employee said they were not putting anymore out. No oatmeal bar as advertised. Average place to stay.

Clarksville Convenience & Comfort

Great value. I like the convenience of the location with quick access to the expressway. There are a number of eating and shopping locations nearby. Recent upgrades give a nice look and feel to the rooms.

We stay at this particular Best Western several times a year. It is always a comfor to know that a nice, clean room is awaiting our arrival. Staff are friendly and helpful. If there is a problem, it is taken care of quickly. Breakfast area is clean and very plentiful with many options. I strongly recommend this property and always look forward to our next trip. Like the newly renovated rooms, with no carpeting and have laminate instead, for easier cleaning and doesn't hold smell, allergens, dirt, and germs.

Needs Maintenance

It may have just been the room, but the stay there was just short of terrible. The toilet had a slow drain, so the valve made a noise every 30 seconds or so. Maintenance came and messed with it, said they'd replace it the next day, and didn't have anything else they could do. Then, at 3:45 in the morning, the smoke detector batteries started to die, which resulted in a very loud beep about every two minutes. The front desk guy came quickly, which was great, but it took about 20 minutes to figure out how to reset the thing and for it to stop beeping. The next morning, I go to take a shower and there are ants in the tub and on the wall, and the water in the shower was either scalding or frigid. No in between. I was over it. I got ready as quickly as possible, skipped breakfast, and checked out. When I shared these things with the front desk person, there was no "I'm sorry," "That shouldn't have happened," nothing. Just a "I'll let them know." At least apologize! Thankfully, I don't come up to IN very often, but if I do again, I will not be staying here.

Good except with a clap the power strip that was next to the bed was not on full time and clap only ran fir a short time and power went off then had to make motion sensor see motion and electric went back o. For short time. Very bad for my health.
