The pool wasn’t working and the staff didn’t inform us even though they saw us walk by in our swimsuits with 3 small children who were clearly excited to swim. The pool was the main reason we chose this facility and there was zero communication about it being out of order.

Its ok but not for the price

The staff was friendly, but the room left a lot to be desired. I had the handicapped room for ny mother as we were in lubbock for a procedure at thw hospital. The pressure of water in the shower was horrible as she had to fight with it to get hardly any pressure The sink had higher water pressure There were a couple of gouges in the wall definitely wont be staying at this particular holiday inn again

Shut up at the hotel ready to check in with my family and come to find out their pool and spa was closed we asked if we can move our reservation to another hotel and the staff was so rude we ended up calling and trying to get a refund so that we can get a hotel with the amenities we needed

Unfriendly staff

When I arrived to the hotel around 2:50pm I was not greeted or acknowledge. The female clerk was rude very unpleasant. When her released came in she was happy as could be but I was still waiting on my room to be ready at this point it was passed 3:10pm and still waiting. Very disappointed on the staff behavior.

Great breakfast, everything else sufficient

Loudest housekeepers ever and all of the doors are super heavy and slam hard against the frame when shut. But the housekeepers engage the deadbolt to keep the door open to the room they’re cleaning, and when they enter or exit they have no regard for how loud it slams and shakes the whole floor. The exit door to the stairs is also super heavy and slams hard. If you’re trying to sleep and have breakfast and leave early and you don’t care about things like carpet coming up everywhere then it’s perfect, but if you work from your hotel room you’re probably gonna be annoyed.

Front desk person said she cancelled the room I booked through Expedia because I was checking in too late (2am). I had been driving home from Denver and just needed a place to sleep before getting back on the road. Expedia charged me $123 and then she charged my card again in person because she “cancelled it” $192. The Expedia reservation was never cancelled so I got double charged but I was just tired at this point and needed to sleep. I got up the the room and the lock on the door was safety locked so I couldn’t even get in (like someone was in there) and then I heard someone so I shut the door and immediately left. I went and got back in my truck because I was so angry and tired and left.

One exception!

We stayed in the handicap room next to the front foyer. Everything was good with the room, except the chair in the corner had an obvious poop skid mark on both sides of the bottom cushion. It was disgusting! That was the only thing negative about the stay.
