First day of our trip we had an incident with one of the employees entering our room without permission in the middle of us changing because she wrote the room number down wrong and thought it was vacant. She knocked a single time and not even 2 seconds later was entering the room- giving us no time to even speak or acknowledge our presence. Made three different attempts to speak to a manager but everytime was told they were unavailable or would give us a call back. The only person who picked up the line was the employee who entered the room and said they were passing it along to the manager which I believe it was not appropriate that she picked up the line considering the issue involved her. I made it very clear I wanted to speak to them myself. The entire trip I never heard from the manger. Very disappointing and frustrating since our privacy was violated and the issue was just dismissed.
Other than this issue the hotel was good- clean, good breakfast and a central location. This would’ve been a location I stay at again had this issue been handled properly.

The front desk staff was great. Our room seemed as though the minor keep up had not been met. The floor was missing all of the grout and the microwave had no plate. The lady at breakfast was so rude. She tried to close up 30 minutes early with someone standing there making a plate. My daughter accidentally poured blueberry waffle mix and she made the comment that that was why we should pay attention. Overall, I would give these stay at 3.5 out of five.
I recently stayed at this hotel for a week and unfortunately encountered several ongoing maintenance issues that were never resolved despite multiple reports to the front desk.
Upon arrival, I immediately notified staff that both the sink and shower had low water pressure. Additionally, the bathroom sink drained extremely slowly, causing water to back up and leave a filmy residue during use. Most concerning was a persistent sewer-like odor that came from the bathtub while in use, which made the experience quite unpleasant.
Despite reporting these issues twice in person, no one came to inspect or fix them throughout my entire stay. The lack of response and accountability from the staff was disappointing and not reflective of the service standard one would expect.
I've included photos to document the condition of the facilities during my stay. I hope this feedback leads to improvements for future guests.
