I literally had to listen to the people above my room pace the floor, (my ceiling) all night long..every time they got up I got to hear everything.... Don't stay in this hotel unless you are on the 3rd floor....

Due to a “senior moment”, we left a couple of things behind in the room after we checked out and were 100+miles down the road. The staff graciously retrieved our possessions and held them for us while we doubled back.

The experience could be improved. The hotel was having trouble with the door locks. Almost every day there was an issue where an engineer was needed. I could not get in the room until the engineer arrived. I was moved to a different room and there was problems with the desk figuring out the number of days of my stay; hence, I got locked out a day even though I was paid for four days. In the new room, there was no working telephone. I put in a request that was never addressed. Outside of these issues, the hotel is very clean and the majority of the staff is very attentive. The rooms are beautiful.
