Very bad service

The inn canceled my reservation without any kind immediate notice. I had called the inn 2 days prior to let them know that i was going to be late. Around 12am and they said it was ok. But the day of, they canceled my reservation. I received an email when i was driving so i couldn't respond until i was at a gas station. They said my card was declined but i had also booked another hotel for February 14th 2026 and it was fine. Yet this inn said my card was declined and canceled me. The whole area was either booked out or unavailable by the time i arrived. This ruined my whole trip. Extremely disappointed.

The room was old feeling and the bedding was really thin. The bathroom needed to be fixed up. We just needed a place to crash before hitting the trail, so it worked. But it seemed a little overpriced for the condition. Location was good.

The property is very filthy with showers and bathtubs with visible molds. Area is close to restaurants and staff is nice but very poor hotel condition and it has a very strong poor smell

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, well stocked, and spacious. The other guests were quiet and we had a peaceful rest after hiking in Yosemite that week. Highly recommend.

I stayed in the hotel for a wedding party. Overall the room was clean and spacious. There aren’t a lot of things to do around the area, you need to drive to nearby towns.

The owner is a wonderful man and very kind!! The exterior is in need of much updating and repairs. The room was clean and somewhat updated. I think they are working on updating. While I had concerns when I arrived, I feel like they are trying and he is very concerned about his guests! It felt pricey for the condition, however. I think most everything in the area this time a year runs about what I paid. It is a 'Bear Aware' town also!! Just an FYI.
