Had nothing on tap at the bar and all the drinks were warm which wasn’t great. We did get our free upgrade though. Pillows not comfy and duvets are too heavy and did not sleep well.

OK for one night. Dated hotel but being refurbished. Very strong smell of paint on my floor due to these works. Prepare to pay for parking £30 per 24 hours. Staff not overly friendly. Very hard to get taxi also.

Bang average, rooms not up to the standard of other Clayton branded hotels. Staff polite and hardworking, not enough of them in the very busy bar/restaurant which is table service only (via an awful app) so experience was slow and frustrating- just what you dont need at an airport!

Terrible!! Save your money and book elsewhere. The rooms are dated, they smell fusty. The food is overpriced frozen or microwave rubbish. We sent our food back. Every time someone ran the hot water the main boiler would kick in and a drilling sound could be heard in our room, this went on from 01.30 until our alarm going off at 06.30 The towels are rock hard and the toilet didnt flush. Told the male at reception about the lack of sleep and the loud sound from the boiler said he would put a note on our account but we’re yet to hear back from anyone from the hotel.
