No concierge available at night. So no wheelchairs are available where you get dropped off at the hotel at night. You have to walk a good distance from drop off to front desk.

We asked to have our room cleaned but when we came back the floor was not vacuumed or swept The beddings were not replaced just made up we know cuz the sheets already had stains when we checked in

While the front receptionists were helpful, the buffet staff were unfriendly. The breakfast buffet was subpar, with dirty plates left on tables for extended periods. Additionally, there was a lack of urgency in refilling food trays, even when the buffet line was long. When asked when the food trays will be refilled, one of the staff said “it’s being cooked” meaning the restaurant was not prepared. You cannot prevent the long line but you can at least prepare the food in anticipation for the amount of people that will come and eat.

Book anywhere else

Checking in was very difficult. You are dumped in a car park with no clear directions to the check in area on level 3. The room we booked was not available as they had an aircon issue so they put 5 of us in a room with 1 bed! After complaining we were moved to a family room, without a bay view like we booked. We had to share towels as they didn’t give us enough. The breakfast is literally the worst buffet we have ever seen. Pretty much no western options at all. Not even cereal or a cup of tea! In summary, it’s overpriced and pretty awful. Avoid!

Great Fun!!!

Great hotel. Clean. Comfortable. But remember there is an Ocean Park attached to it. Keep it to a few days and remember it is busy.
