THE APARTMENT
The apartment is modern and has recently been furnished. A fully equipped NEW kitchen was fitted in 2018 with all the mod cons you need for a perfect family holiday: fridge freezer, oven, hob, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee grinder/maker and microwave and iron. Our property is great for the social chef as it has a hatch looking out on to the open plan living area with a super entertainment system with SMART TV (with Netflix, Amazon Prime and other apps) receiving ALL European channels and many other languages (200+ European channels) and that all-important high-speed wifi (300 MB). The lounge has patio doors that lead out onto the terrace and private garden for dining or relaxing. Landscaping care included in the rental.

The main bedroom has a kingsize bed with en-suite bath and mosquito nets at the windows. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and mosquito nets. There is also a family bathroom. The lounge has a sofa bed so we can accommodate up to 6 guests if required, ideally to help accommodate a family. Groups of friends are welcome but restricted to 4 adults only. Dining tables can accommodate 6 adults, also a patio dining with all necessary outdoor dinner plates/cutlery, in addition to sunbeds in a private garden. 
The apartment has central air conditioning, ceiling fans in every room, plus mosquito nets on all windows.
