This newly furnished, modern two-bedroom apartment is ideally located in Urb. La Dama de Noche, just a 10–15 minute walk from Puerto Banús. The property enjoys its own private garden with professionally maintained landscaping and a large orange tree that produces fruit during the winter months.
The gated community offers excellent facilities, including six padel tennis courts (free of charge), a children’s playground, and two large swimming pools open during the summer season. There is also a cosy on-site restaurant serving lunch and dinner daily.
The apartment is perfectly suited for couples and families seeking a relaxing holiday in the sun, while still being close to the vibrant atmosphere, shops, beaches, and nightlife of Puerto Banús.
Golf enthusiasts will also find the location ideal, as the community sits next to the 18-hole Banús Golf course and is only a short drive from several other renowned golf courses along the Costa del Sol.
APARTMENT
The apartment is modern and recently furnished, offering a comfortable and stylish setting for a family holiday. The fully equipped, contemporary kitchen features new appliances, including a fridge freezer, oven, hob, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee grinder/coffee maker, and iron.
Ideal for the social chef, the kitchen includes a serving hatch that opens onto the bright, open-plan living area. The lounge is designed for relaxation and entertainment, with a SMART TV offering Netflix, Amazon Prime, and other apps, as well as access to over 200 European TV channels in multiple languages. High-speed Wi-Fi (300 MB) is also provided.
Patio doors from the lounge lead directly onto a private terrace and garden, perfect for outdoor dining or simply relaxing. Landscaping and garden maintenance are included in the rental, ensuring the outdoor spaces are always well kept.
The main bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom, and mosquito nets on the windows. The second bedroom offers two single beds, also with mosquito nets. There is an additional family bathroom, and both bathrooms have been recently renovated with new vanity cabinets.
The lounge includes a sofa bed, allowing the property to accommodate up to 6 guests when required, ideally suited for families. Groups of friends are also welcome, with a maximum of 4 adults.
