The spacious terrace invites you to relax and enjoy unforgettable outdoor moments while admiring the sea with the dining table and chairs and the armchairs and table. The terrace is equipped with 2 large electric awnings and an upper awning.

This bright apartment, with capacity for a maximum of 6 people, has 120 m² and a sunny terrace of 20 m², two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one en suite), a guest toilet, a spacious modern and cosy living room (with sofa bed), a fully equipped kitchen and a parking space in the underground garage.
