It’s s not suitable for the younger groups or guest that is looking for party. This is a beautiful and peaceful place where all guest are to respect the neighbours and nearby houses. Parties are not allowed nor play music or making noises at inappropriate volumes at any time and the quiet hours to respect the neighbourhood is from 23.00-09.00
But for the relaxed guest that want to reserve this stunning ground floor apartment that is located in an exclusive and secure residential complex in the tranquil area of Nueva Andalucía. This property offers 24 hours security, infinity community pool and tennis court.
