The Villa:
Welcome to this charming villa in Marbella, El Real. The villa is located just a stone's throw from the famous Nikki Beach. Stroll down just 300 meters and let yourself be swept away by the sea breeze while walking in the white sandy beach. You will be located in an idyllic area and as soon as you step in, you'll be greeted by a blend of comfort, style, and convenience since we have worked hard to create a feeling of a 2nd home for our guests.

This villa is the perfect retreat for your whole company because of the three bedrooms which can accommodate 6 people, three en-suite bathrooms with shower, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious open-concept living room with a dining area. The living room also has a sofa that could be turned into a bed which can accommodate an extra guest. The decor and furnishing comes with an elegant Scandinavian style and it has just been newly renovated (in 2023). You will also have an outdoor covered terrace with plenty of space and a fantastic view of the mountain La Concha - a Marbella trademark.

You will find a marvelous private pool of 44sqm (!) and it is possible to have it heated for 350€ per week. The outdoor area also offers an outdoor shower, grass surface and a stone terrace with lighting. A private covered parking space is also available for your convenience. The villa offer privacy with a fenced wall and you are surrounded with a tropical and green environment that creates that vacation vibe. The location offers you sun all day long and you will also be able to enjoy your dinner in alfresco style under the evening sun at the terrace. Or why not organize your own barbecue party since you have access to a BBQ at the terrace.



The location is perfect since you do have the Playa el Pinillo just a 5 minute walk away as well as the famous beachclubs as The Point. Around the area you will find plenty of Water activities such as Jet Ski as well as other things to do in the newly built Parque Mediterraneo which offers sand football, volleyball and lots of more activities to do for the kids and for the active ones.

Other Things to Note:
• PetsAs much as we love pets, we need to know what type of pet you are planning to travel with before we can accept your wishes. Please just ask us in the chat and we will answer immediately.

• No PartiesYou are of course allowed to play music during the day and evenings but it should be on a level that do not disturbs any of the neighbors. From 10PM it shall be very quiet out of respect for your neighbors who live in Marbella full time
work during the mornings. If you are planning to party, please let us know so you can instead be recommended some 'party friendly' properties. There is also zero tolerance for using drugs in the property.

• AC/HeaterTurn off the AC while you are not at home and when you are checking out please. Keep all windows closed when you use the system for the best effect.

• Security depositPlease respect community rules and leave the property in similar condition as when you arrived except from cleaning. We want to return the deposit and if you respect the rules there will be no problems. Failure to respect the community (Party, loud music etc) will result in you loosing the security deposit or in the worst case scenario that you need to leave the property earlier than expected so please respect that. A security deposit of 2.000 euros will be collected before entering the property, to make sure you leave in good condition. Thank you for your understanding.

• Check in is possible between 4.00-9.00 PM.Later arrival is also possible for a charge of 40 Euros (In between 9.00 PM - 5.00 AM).

• Check-out is at latest 11AM.

• You will get a booklet before your arrival with information of extra services: Airport transfer, car rental, daily cleaning, baby equipment, private chef, grocery stocking and also a guide with recommendations that we have gathered through out the years in Marbella.
