Monteazul is a charming and spacious duplex apartment, ideal for family getaways or trips with friends. Bright and tastefully decorated, it comfortably accommodates 4 guests, and boasts three private terraces, including a chill-out zone and a built-in barbecue – perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Mediterranean sunshine in total privacy.

The popular La Cañada shopping center is just a 2-minute drive or 10-minute walk away – ideal for shopping and dining. The area is also perfect for outdoor activities such as water sports, hiking, diving, and cycling in the surrounding hills.

Pets

One well-behaved dog is welcome for an additional cleaning fee starting at €50. Please make sure to tick the “pets” box when booking and message me in advance with details about your dog (type, breed, and age). A second dog may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

If you plan to bring a pet, kindly follow these house rules:

- Dogs must be well-behaved and fully house-trained

- Must be kept strictly downstairs and off all furniture

- Any fouling on the premises must be cleaned up immediately

- Please clean muddy paws before entering the house

- Dogs must not be left alone in the property at any time

Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment, its private terraces, and the shared pool area.

The pool hours are from 10 AM to 10 PM.
-Please note that there is a charge associated with needing assistance to access the property if the key is left inside or misplaced. If such a situation arises, please contact us for further assistance.

ADDITIONAL

IMPORTANT: The property key is collected 24/7 at an alternative location, approximately 5 minutes by car (≈1 km) from the property. Exact location details and collection instructions will be provided before check-in.

We operate a strict no party policy and please respect my neighbors by keeping tv, voice and music very low after 10pm.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
