Room was in good condition. However it was cold and not heated when we got there at around 12 or 12:30am. The front desk person said they tried calling a couple times. Checkout was listed til 2am on my booking on this app. Also we got a two queen bed room which worked out ok for me and my partner but we booked a single bed

The hotel did not seal up their wall air conditioning. Unfortunately, at -2 degrees outside, all the cold air was coming through the unit and the floor heating units barely worked at all. Worst night sleep I’ve ever had. Would never recommend this hotel in the winter in Wisconsin.

Pros: The staff we did encounter after check in was extremely friendly. The location is excellent and is close to both popular fast food and quaint local dining establishments Cons: I don't think the toilet was cleaned. There were stains on the bedspread and on the white towels. Breakfast was advertised as being included, but when we walked through at 7:45 a.m., there was no coffee or any indication that "serve yourself breakfast" was available. Staff was nowhere around to advise.

This is the place to stay in Medford if you are going to the Great Northern Side by side shoot. Staff is great and the rooms are very nice.
