Room photos and description were not at all representative of the actual rooms. There was no space to move around the beds, and the sofa bed was an old fold out futon that had seen many better years. There were scrapes along the walls and patched up plaster. For a room that was described as ‘spacious and comfortably sleeps 5’ - there were only 3 chairs at a tiny dining table. There was no provision of face washers or a hand towel. The pool was in a different building, smelled awful and looked dirty. The room wasn’t cheap enough to be this grotty. Won’t be returning.

Considering we booked the ‘penthouse’, the property was pretty disappointing. Property is in dire need of some TLC, especially a paint job. Bedding linen was crap. No plates or utensils matched. Bathroom door seems faulty and needs painting. Couch in TV room was an uncomfortable futon. Had to wait 10 mins for lifts.

I stayed here as it 2as the same venue as a dance festival ı attended so was convenient. Very cheap accommodation but could do with a refresh. Although quite comfortable, it appears that makeshift bedrooms have been made out of lounge space and walk-in robes. Very weird “apartment”setup. Roller blind in bedroom only covered half the window. Lights from the street illuminated the room at night.

Terrible and unreliable experience with this hotel. Two separate occasions where booking has been cancelled last minute with no reason why or alternate accommodation provided. One time was 3pm on day of booking and left scrambling to find somewhere else to stay once found out. No explanation or support provided. Very disappointing!

Some of the things on the description, like digital tv channels for the room wasn’t an option. I asked two staff members if I could arrange a face washer for my 5year old. I was told it could be arranged. Then , I was told, no we don’t provide this. I thought this would be a good base for my son and I while visiting Melbourne. It was pretty ordinary, with old soaps still left in the bathroom on arrival.

This is one step above a hostel ..... just. Tiny rooms that desperately needing a deep clean. The hallways reak, we had rooms on 2 levels and both were the same horrid smell Room on level 2 was average but room on level 6 was horriable, beds barley made, bathroom falling apart. Bed hard as a rock and pushed against a wall with 1 pillow that was thinner then i thought possible Check in was in a different bulifing to where we stayed but wasnt told that by staff had to figure it out. Techinally did the job but Wont be be back

Would have liked a room as per picture used, but ah not to be. Bed was comfy-one good thing. The property was in a convenient location, we were able to walk to Melbourne Flower Show, Baths, and shopping centre. Cafe on site was very good coffee excellent, staff kind and happy.

No house keeping for 5 days, just once for 8-night stay. Staff looked not welcoming, dark and polite and even were not helpful. They don’t know how to handle the issue. They never apologized us for not giving housekeeping services. Worst hotel experience ever! Would NOT recommend this hotel.

We love to visit Melbourne. Whilst the location was convenient, we were led to believe this was a two bedroom apartment and would therefore accommodate four people - as booked and paid for. Due to illness, only three of us travelled and that was a squeeze.
