The room was clean with fresh linen and comfortable pillows and comfortable double bed. The only downside was the single beds—it sagged noticeably in the middle, which made it uncomfortable.

Easy & convenient for an early start to the airport. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Carpets and windows need a deep clean. As a single mum I felt very safe there with my two children.

Nothing terrible about the property, but the fact that there was no filtered/bottled water in the room was very unexpected & disappointing. It would have been suitable to at least be warned at the front desk that we would have to come back down to Level 1 near the office to get any water. By the time I realised that's what you had to do, I was ready for bed & didnt feel like getting dressed again to go all the way down to the front. Also the cupboard doors were very old & wouldnt open - I was too scared to force them open in case they fell apart. There was no USB port to charge my phone with, so I will remember to check next time. Not enough milk for the 2 of us to have a cuppa at night & in the morning. Otherwise very clean & fresh looking, & comfortable. Front desk people not rude, but not overly friendly.

Bed was very comfortable Sauna, once hot was brilliant, no hot tub, but there was a small jakuzzi. Whole property is very tired looking, but clean. Dining in the pub area was brilliant, good food, breakfast was excellent. Free transfers to airport very good. Building was cold, but our room was comfortable.

This was just what we needed to get to the airport early. We ate dinner at the lodge as we didn’t have a car. The service and food was good and two options for vegetarians. We got the shuttle to the airport in the morning which left every 15min, it was so convenient. There was also a bath and the beds were super comfortable. Although close to the airport the building was very insulated and we didn’t hear the planes. There were big windows so when we arrived we could enjoy the beautiful weather. We were on the ground floor which we liked. It was perfect for our needs. Thank you Ciloms.

Great near airport accommodation

This is my choice for near airport accommodation. Staff are good, restaurant is pub style but good, parking is no additional charge! Free shuttle to the airport generally rooms are quiet.

Overnight before international flight

Have stayed here many times when overnighting if flying into or out of Melbourne. Has always lived up to expectations everytime. Free airport shuttle. Spacious rooms, clean, quiet. On-site bistro is handy with great range of food. The parmigianas were massive!!! Ciloms is my go to stay near the airport now. Highly recommend.

This hotel room was ok for a one night stop before flying out, room was really clean, just a little dated. Food was a little underwhelming given the price and the customer service in the dining room could definitely improve. Was a little noisy but nothing over the top. All in all was average, but far from the worst place I have stayed in.
