Disappointing hotel

We found the location great but the property was very tired. The bathroom vanity stone top was completely cracked. The carpet fraying so much we tripped over it and the walls in desperate need of paint. Although we had a kitchen nothing was supplied and had to call multiple times to receive it. Bathroom light was flickering. As we went out to dinner we asked them if they could see if it can fixed only for them to insist we come back to the room to show them. Staff was otherwise helpful. I would definitely say this hotel is not 5 stars

Absolutely loved this hotel. Great value for money, room was huge with a nice bath, kitchen and lounge area. Staff were 10/10 so helpful with everything, and the location was amazing, so close to everything! Definitely will stay again

The staff were excellent, however there were issues with the lights in my room which I didn’t notice initially and had no lights in the bathroom area which made. It difficult to get ready for my event in the morning. Overall the house keeping of the room could be improved.
