We were so looking forward to our stay here. We stayed here 7 years ago and it was amazing so we couldn’t wait to bring our daughter Presley here. Upon arrival it wasn’t too bad, the lady at the check in wasn’t very pleasant, just not the greet I expected for spending $309 a night. Our courtyard view wasn’t worth the extra $$. The floors were super dirty all throughout the property. We had lunch at the grill and it was decent, would definitely rather spend the $120 at a nicer restaurant though. They tacked on about $15 in hotel fees. The light switch in our room was broken. You can’t hear anything on the phones, my husband had to go downstairs to communicate to the front desk. The PB&J bar was gone right at 9 so that was disappointing as we waited to get one and there was 1 left when we went. We checked out yesterday and I have yet to receive my final bill so I’m curious what other fees were tacked on but I will Say we have a few random changes pending. Overall not terrible as we are huge Elvis fans but we will probably stay somewhere else on our next visit to Graceland- somewhere worth the money spent.

Almost everything was perfect. The entire staff was extremely nice and very helpful, from the bar and restaurant to the lobby and any staff member that I encountered.My only negative mark is that there was a clump of hair in the shower. Great place to stay. We enjoyed the tour at Graceland, it’s actually a nice walk from the Guest house if you choose to do so. They do have a shuttle if you need that option.
