It was raining check-in was terrible.\n There was no assistance.\n I waited 15 minutes for someone to come to the desk. When you pull up to take your luggage out no one helps you to bring your luggage up to the landing. My husband slipped and fell on the stairs, hurting his back and no one helped him at all. And all while patrons were screaming, for us to move our car and no one came to descalate the tension. I never had such a terrible experience checking into a hotel, even after paying up to $300 a night for a room. It seems that paying more doesn't always get you what you want, not for this hotel anyway. Breakfast was just a glorified continental breakfast. There was no menu you serve yourself with the buffet that you can get at any hotel for no extra cost. But this hotel charge for there buffet continental breakfast , ridiculous. I always say you live and learn. I've learned and I'll never stay at that hotel again.

It’s an excellent Resort Hotel right on the Miami Beach . No worries for beach chairs and umbrella , wich is a big money saving ! You’re getting a bracelet and once on the beach you get a towel , chair and umbrella ! One more gift is the Machine next to the lobby with free choices of Specialities Coffee - Capuccino Moccacino etc Spotless rooms , all new modern renovated , very comfortable bed , every day room service with new towels . The Hotel is very well situated right on the Collins Avenue , very easy to access CVS and Walgreen Pharmacies for your daily needs - food , drinks etc Pool and Bar by the pool and a big terass with chairs and tables Resto on place ! Very friendly staff . It’s a very enjoyable vacation Hotel Resort that I highly recommend . The only thing I may suggest to be more reliable is the WIFI , disconnecting all the time , being obliged to again and again adding the password and user name ! We loved , enjoyed our stay by the Best Western Plus ! Thank you , we will be back

Honestly speaking, the location of the hotel is perfect. The CVS grocery store is just at the opposite side of the hotel and very convenient. The beach is beautiful. However, only the day shift front desk staff can speak English and the room service was terribly and unbelievably bad which we had never experienced before. Always missing some room service for every single day when we stayed there for the whole week. Every night, we were back to the hotel after the day tours, found out missing something, could not get any help from the hotel, since no one speaks English for the night shift. The calls to the front desk were never been answered. Do not provide the morning call service, etc.

Location was great. Right on the beach and walking distance to many places. Room was a bit odd. There were 2 closets on both sides of the wall when you walk in, which made the bathroom smaller and the door to the bathroom facing the room. And we saw a roach in the drawer when we were looking around to make sure we didn’t forget anything. Glad we didn’t see it earlier. We would’ve been paranoid.
