If you’re cruising

Every time I cruise out of Miami, this is the hotel. I prefer to stay at because of their shuttle service from the airport and their shuttle service to the port of Miami. The staff is friendl,the breakfast is convenient, and the rooms are well maintained.

Great with the free airport shuttle and free port shuttle. Not much around but subway is a few steps away. Breakfast is decent too with fruit which my kids were happy about. It's loud because it's right at the airport, but we had a white noise machine with us so we didn't hear anything. The view is awesome to watch planes take off all day long :) My kids loved that. Hotel was clean and well run. I would stay again for sure if we needed to get to the port or airport.

Only stayed one night for a cruise but would have happily stayed longer. Beds were comfy. Room was clean. Pool was nice. Walking distance to places to eat and gas station. Front desk recommended a sports bar down the road to eat it. It was fantastic. Prices were good. Would definitely stay again.

We traveled from California all morning. Got checked into our room to find our toilet didn’t work. Took 2 phone calls and over an hour later to get someone to come take a look. They plunged it for about 5 min to tell us it was now working. It wasn’t fixed and was told they would give us a plunger to use everytime we needed to use toilet. After telling them how ridiculous it sounded and us going down to talk to them we were told we could leave and get a full refund or else we were stuck with the situation and still paying full price. Was told someone would come st 8:30pm to take another look and about 9:30 we had a knock at the door to open to no one there and the plunger sitting at our door. Very unhappy to have a travel day with our 2 kids and have to pay full price for a room with no working toilet. Not a good experience!
