Dated rooms. Water temperature was Luke warm at the best and with low pressure. We complained but after a day or two gave up as it was not getting rectified. Close to the airport is the plus point but for what they charge, was expecting better quality rooms and amenities

Room had a weird musty smell. I booked a junior suite for a family of 5, requested extra comforter and pillow, took them forever after calling multiple times. Guy at the front desk during check in ws rude. Parking is not free. And expedia messed up my booking to include breakfast. Overall, it ws inconvenient and a terrible experience.

I called the front desk and let them know that I did not have a microwave nor a refrigerator. I went to the front desk and told them the same thing and they gave me a email to email someone about the situation. I am back home resting and I sent out five emails and no one responds to me not yet that was the worst experience I ever had in my life at a hotel.

The lobby was nice and the room was clean. The halls were scary with cracks on the wall, stains, and old carpet. The knobs on the doors appear extremely old. The elevator was dark and old. It was good for a quick stay but definitely outside of the room was a bit scary.
