Room was great for what was needed a place to spend the night before heading to the keys. Staff was friendly. Place is dated but rooms did NOT have bugs or excessive dirt. Police didnt drive crazy in the neighborhood all night. It was great find for exceptional price.

The price was affordable, and the location was good. The breakfast was very limited but ok. The most challenging was very strong smell of mold in a room. We had a room on first floor and had to keep a door opened most of time. The position of air conditioning beneath the window and right next to the bed which wasn’t most comfortable. Overall, we had good time visiting Homestead and Florida Keys.

You get what you pay for.

You get what you pay for. In our case zero sleep because of noise from neighbors who spent the entire night smoking and vaping, creating odors that came into our room and made me sick. I understand that might be a one off, othdrwise the room was reasonably comfortable. But lower prices do draw what they draw.
