I absolutely loved the service. The staff was extremely attentive, friendly, and always willing to help. They made me feel very welcome throughout my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall experience was excellent.

For starters Expedia states free wine bottle per stay as a VIP. I was never given VIP treatment let alone a bottle of wine. I booked one night and wanted to extend the room the next day. My husband called downstairs and was told they had no rooms available. I checked Expedia and saw that they did have rooms available so I booked another night. When he called back to let them know there are rooms available he was told well then he can just book what he sees. I had to catch a flight back to NY that night but he stayed back. He wanted to extend the room again however he had lost his wallet so he asked if he could use his Apple Pay for the security hold. They told him no it has to be a physical card so he suggested “can I go buy a prepaid visa and use that”. She then said “I don’t know It has to have funds on it” so he says “yes I am going to put money on it, would that be acceptable for the security hold?” She proceeds to say “I don’t know?” So he says what do you know if everything is “I don’t know”.. she then says “you don’t have to come back”. I’ve worked in customer service and know that’s no way to be treated. If you don’t know something why not get someone who can help instead of being dismissive. The hotel itself is beautiful but the treatment we were given was not not up to par.

The room is beautiful and in good condition. The front desk staff was not very welcoming. She seemed a little put off when I checked in - very few words and quite unfriendly.

Rooms were nice.Was very disappointed that there is no sun in the hotel past 11:30/12. Jacuzzi had no jets working, and young children were allowed to go swimming in it withy their swim diapers.

for my suprise i was asked to pay 100us for a check in cause my check in was at 4pm and the check out at 11am' that resume that the rate was not 24 hours but 19hours. beside that a 45us parking rate,breakfast poor. disaster.
