Balcony is closed off, Murphy Bedis UNCOMFORTABLE and you stubb your toes because the bed is low to the floor. No Microwave in The ROOMS Charges $300 for DAMAGE Insurance and High Prices for Everything else only free coffee once . The best was the Older gentleman that helped us move to another Room that is Better more comfortable no Microwave I Will not come back Hilton dose it Best !

Everyone was very nice. The panoramic king suite is nice but the decor/look is a bit underwhelming. It didn’t have the vibe of the lobby. The view was great!

Noisy

The hotel is very noisy. Whether it’s street traffic, air traffic, guest traffic, this place isn’t well sound insulated. I didn’t get much sleep here.

THE NOISE!!! If you’re planning on staying here and are hoping for a restful night, pick a different hotel. It was literally like our room was in the middle of a NASCAR track. The noise ALL NIGHT was relentless. The cars, the motorcycles, the planes, the bridge over the river, it never stopped. We had the white noise machine on and ear plugs in, up on the 12th floor and it was honestly impossible to get any sleep. We were in a suite - $500 for a night - the size of the room was nice but so so dated. The balcony area is literally disintegrating, and everything looks old. We had lunch in the hotel restaurant when we arrived and the server not only messed up every single one of our orders, but forgot to bring our drinks, I had to get up and go find him and ask him for cutlery, then he overcharged us. It was horrible. Honestly, stay somewhere else.

Don't go on a concert night at the Knight Center attached to the building. On the 7th floor, the noise was overwhelming until well after 11:30pm. There was no mention of this when I reserved a room at the hotel for the night in question.

We were greeted by Gerald at the front desk upon arrival and he was absolutely delightful! Checking in was seamless. His welcoming nature gave me hope the stay would be wonderful! The Panoramic room was absolutely worth it! Direct view of the Miami River boat traffic, the skyline surrounding, and the ocean…..stunning views day and night! The whole hotel is gorgeous, spacious, and comfortable. Valet will cost you about $60 tip. If you check in to valet to request your car, you will need to go make sure they didn’t forget about you at 30 minute mark. We waited 42 minutes before we went down to see what was going on and it was parked out front and they didn’t let us know it was ready. Made us late to our reservation. Only suggestion I would make is to see what events are going on down there before you book it because traffic was a nightmare day and night due to a concert and boat show in downtown Miami. I would absolutely stay here again!
