I had an amazing time at Prime. The staff went above and beyond . I’m a cat lover so across the street on the other balcony straight across there were cats hanging out it was so cute. The room was beautiful.

This property is cozy and intimate and very close to the beach and restaurants. My beau and I stayed for 5 days and did not encounter any children so our stay was quiet. The staff is friendly and work tirelessly to keep the property clean. The pool area and balcony is also pleasant and relaxing. I would only recommend steady bar hours. The bar was not open during our stay. I would certainly return.

The staff held my bags because I arrived hours before check in from a flight. They let me change and gave me towels for the beach. I enjoyed a lovely time on the beach before they called and said my room was ready early. Great customer service.

Great location right next to the beach. The staff were courteous and welcoming. Our flight arrived very early in the morning, and they kindly allowed us to check in two hours before the official check-in time. The complimentary homemade cookies in the room were delicious. Detox water and coffee were available in the lobby at all times. There are plenty of dining options around the hotel, and the atmosphere was very peaceful.

My fiancé and I came here to celebrate our upcoming wedding. The shower has no pressure and did not get hot. There was old left over shower gel in the shower from the previous guest. The hallway carpet is filthy. We had Do Not Disturb on our room and housekeeping came in anyways to clean. This property needs a major cosmetic renovation as well as staff. Very disappointed in our overall experience.

The scenery is beautiful, and the room is very clean. However, I left a necklace behind—a keepsake from a loved one that means a great deal to me. I tried contacting the hotel, but no one responded to me.
