Staff is amazing and the room is very clean, spacious and location is great. I was not able to use the pool nor much of the facilities as it has been pouring in Miami and very cloudy, but it is very close to the beach and great restaurants options nearby (walking distance). Great for a business trip or a relaxing, fine dining trip.

Nice room but awkward set up

Strangely, you enter through a side door of a restaurant and have to check in at the restaurant desk then walk through the kitchen to an elevator. Very odd. Only 16 rooms and not ready a moment before scheduled check in but they held the luggage- unsecured in the restaurant. Not ideal but it worked out. We liked the little spa pool upstairs and the room was nice and bright. The shower was a pain to use with insufficient water pressure.

Our stay at this property was great. The steakhouse next-door 112 was probably one of the best dinners we've ever had. You must go eat there and please ask for Kevin. Beautiful African-American or islander,man waiter with excellent service. Good people! Our room shower in the bathroom smelt like sewer. We reported it and they moved us to the next room and it still smelled like sewer. That was the only issue with the hotel. The hotel was very elegant and cute. Great location. There's also an Italian restaurant across the street and it's close to the beach. Nice swim spa upstairs and pool area. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

very clean and quiet hotel. right in the heart of south beach so it’s perfect if you are looking for a spot near the beach and local bars. staff was friendly but it was definitely a much smaller hotel with not too much happening on site. would def stay there again
