Great location and pretty quiet being right next to the airport. The staff was wonderfully knowledgeable, patient, kind, and accommodating. Beautiful lobby, pool, and restaurant options. Easy walking. Having to use the room key for the elevator was annoying and I was told why so I understand. I REALLY think bracelets are more functional for room keys under this circumstance.

The property was not as nice as other Sheratons we have stayed at. Shower was outdated, no refrigerator in room, only 1 chair to sit in without arms for comfort. Business center in the middle of the lobby with out ink cartridge staff had me send my documents to them to print instead of changing the ink cartridge. Parking was a huge issue, there really was not a place to walk our dog even though their site stated pet friendly and $150 pet fee is outrageous, I can see holding that amount until after checkout in case there is damage, our dog didn't even require extra cleaning in fact the household staff probably only knew we had a dog because of the dog food in the room

The shuttle service took 35 minutes to arrive the 305 number is automated and could not getv a live person to speak too The front desk was efficient and helpful.The room was clean and spacious but there was a hair in the sink.
