Seems Nice But Beware Hidden Fees!!

The hotel was near Kaseya Center and seemed reasonably priced, but there were hidden fees at check-in as well as a $100 PER NIGHT deposit, which turned a $350 advertised rate into a charge of $625. The staff was friendly, and free breakfast was a nice perk, but I’m afraid I can’t recommend the location due to the hidden fees and high deposit.

Springhill Needs Renovation

The hotel is aged and in need of a facelift. Carpets are stained, furnishings are antiquated, mirrors are discolored. There is a restaurant, but food options are extremely limited. Many items on the menu are not available. The location is not in a good area. Not safe for walking.

The staff that greeted us at the front desk were very helpful and kind. We loved the room. It was close to the airport. Location was good but we didn’t really see any places to go around the hotel. We stayed for one night only but we’re satistifed with their service and we enjoyed it. Thank You!
