This is a brand new apartment, built in 2024. The local beach, Playa El Charcón is a short10 minute walk (or a 2-3 minute drive) with plenty of parking, if needed. The apartment also includes all-new furniture, fittings and fixtures!
Malaga Airport is a 35 minute drive. The huge Miramar mall is only 10 minutes away and Fuengirola, La Cala and several public golf courses are also close to the apartment.
There is a private, furnished outdoor patio which overlooks the community pool and a free indoor, reserved parking (x1) is included. Feel free to enjoy the outdoor dining table, 2 loungers and 2 oversized chairs. The patio also has hillside views and no rear/overlooking neighbours.
A stand-alone crib and high chair are also available and free upon request.
The living room has air-conditioning, a Smart TV with Netflix, Prime Video, Disney +, Apple TV and more installed.
Wi-Fi is of course free, and you can enjoy the 55-inch TV while relaxing on the leather couch.
The kitchen includes an induction stove and oven, full size fridge and freezer, a 10kg washing machine, Nespresso coffee maker, electric kettle and an air fryer. More than 4 in your group? I also list the apartment *next door.*
