This is your opportunity to stay in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom ground floor flat between the much loved La Cala de Mijas and Miraflores.

Being on a slope, it is ground floor but offers sea views, easy access to the pool and large terrace. The community has a children's pool and a main pool, chill out area and even a special private tunnel running under the road that opens directly onto the beautiful coastal path.

The view is simply beautiful, with the Mediterranean Sea just a few steps away.

Following the promenade you have shops, restaurants and bars everywhere, as well as bus stops both in the direction of Marbella and Fuengirola practically on the doorstep. The complex itself is very well kept, with a large swimming pool, parking area just outside the entrance and beautifully landscaped gardens.

It is on the ground floor of a four storey building and has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds.there are two full bathrooms one with bath and shower and the other with shower. The lounge is spacious and comfortable with games and Smart TV and all rooms have really effective ceiling fans.

The kitchen is complete with:

- oven

- fridge

- freezer

- coffee machine

- toaster

- microwave oven

- and everything you need to cook for a self-catering stay.



Good Wi-Fi connection, wardrobes, air conditioning in the lounge, ceiling fans in the bedrooms, hairdryer and washing machine are many of the things that are included.

The community has nice gardens and terrace areas leading to a large communal pool which gets sun all day.

Bed linen and towels are included, and guests are reminded not to hang towels on the terrace railings as it makes the complex look cluttered.

With plenty of street parking, there are ramps and lifts from the parking area to the road leading to the apartment, making it suitable for guests with reduced mobility.

There is a small supermarket about 3-4 minutes away on foor as well as Bites cafe, which has an gluten-free menu. Miraflores has a variety of amenities, from the tennis and bowling clubs, to the Miraflores Golf at the top of the complex,as well as several excellent restaurants. And La Cala de Mijas has a great selection of places to enjoy, such as El Olivo,Utopia, Simple, Vida Café, La Toná, Olivia's and La Pergola. Not forgetting favourites such as Biddy Mulligan's, El Gusto, Sorroche and La Canasta Bakery.
