Fabulous 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with huge outdoor terrace and great sea views! Situated 5 minutes walk from the centre of La Cala and 500m from the beach. Fully air-conditioned with units in each room, to cool in summer and warm in winter. Private parking space in the underground garage. Free super fast WiFi. Next to supermarkets and restaurants, but still in a quiet complex. Quality drinking water via a 5-stage reverse osmosis filter, so no need to buy bottled water. A large flat-screen TV with hundreds of UK and European TV channels. All BBC and ITV terrestrial channels, plus Amazon Prime, Netflix and more. Also, set up so you can plug in your own TV decoder if required. Safe included. The master bedroom is en-suite and the bathroom has spa jets.
