Lovely vacation home in Jardines de Calahonda, near Marbella, with beautiful views of garden with palm trees and swimming pool area.

The apartment is 75m² and is nicely furnished and contains a fully equipped and newly installed kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a lovely terrace with beautiful garden and pool views. Kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine etc. Next to the kitchen you have the living room which contains a nice dining area and a comfortable sofa area. Satellite TV with international channels and a high-speed internet connection.
There is direct access to the terrace with garden furniture and is the perfect place to enjoy all times of the day or take a relaxing sunbath in one of the sun beds.

The holiday apartment contains 2 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 4 adults + 1 child.

1st Bedroom: Master Bedroom contains air-condition, a king size double bed (200x160cm), a wardrobe, en-suite bathroom with shower.
2nd Bedroom: Double bedroom contains air-condition, 2 single beds (200x90cm), wardrobe.

Excellent Stay

Location to the pool and beach was excellent. Very homely feel to the apartment, everything needed was supplied. Maybe the pillows could have been a little better. But the beds were super comfy and communication with management was great. I would stay here again very nice apartment

4 night stay

Initially finding the property wasn’t as easy as we thought, we had to give the phone to the taxi driver so he could communicate with the Rincon rep to locate exactly where the apartment was, it might have helped a little if the rep had walked up to the top of the road to help direct us as we were very close. First impressions the apartment was lovely, very clean and airy but we did feel a little too far out for local amenities. We asked our rep,Tristan how far it was to walk down to the shops restaurants etc… and was told around 10/15 mins down the hill not really given proper directions, so we felt we would hire a car and asked if he knew of any local companies that would maybe bring one to the apartment? He said when he went back to the office he would get some info and let’s us know! We never heard anything about the car off him again. We also noticed there was only two sun beds for an apartment that sleeps 5 and asked if we could get a couple more, he said there might be a couple in a lock up and he would let us know but we never heard anything again. There was only one set of keys for the apartment as we were told the previous guests who had checked out the day before had taken them with them by accident, which is ok these things happen, but he didn’t tell us there was a key safe outside in a cupboard that we could use if we wanted to do different things. Also 3 dead cockroaches in the apartment which was surprising to say it had only just been cleaned, the kitche
