This modern two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment is located on the luxury Ipanema development in La Cala de Mijas.The development is situated in a quiet area just 4km from the former fishing village of La Cala and the beach. The complex has a beautiful garden with communal swimming pool, heated indoor pool, gymnasium, Turkish steam bath and sauna. From the apartment you can enjoy beautiful views of the valley, the mountains of Mijas and the Mediterranean Sea.



The newly built apartment is furnished in a modern style and equipped with all comforts. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a living room with seating area, a desk/workstation with two screens and a modern open plan kitchen with breakfast barbar with four bar stools. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances. From the living room, sliding doors open onto a covered terrace with comfortable lounge furniture and a dining table with 4 chairs. From the terrace you can enjoy views of the valley, the sea and the mountains of Mijas.



The Ipanema complex is not a tourist resort, but a residential complex with apartments for permanent residence, some of which are also used as holiday homes. Tenants/visitors should respect the rules of silence both in the apartment and in all common areas.

The quiet location and proximity to the beach, golf and the beautiful former fishing village of La Cala with all its facilities will ensure a wonderfully relaxing holiday in Spain.

TerraceThe terrace overlooks the valley, the sea and the Mijas mountains. This is the ideal place to enjoy a delicious breakfast at the dining table with 4 chairs or to relax with a book on the lounge sofa and chair.

- The resort Ipanema has a beautiful garden with lawns and palm trees
- There is an outdoor swimming pool with sunbathing area, outdoor showers and free use of sun loungers
- You can also use the heated indoor pool with sun loungers, sauna and Turkish bath free of charge
- The sun loungers are free to use but without cushions. You should therefore bring your own towels (which can also be hired from our office)

Outside the high season the pools may be closed (depending on weather, maintenance or drought measures).

Due to drought measures, all pools on the Costa del Sol will be closed from the end of October 2024 until June 2025. The pools are expected to reopen from June to the end of September 2025.

- Historical sites: The old town "Casco Antiguo" in Marbella at 20 kilometres and the Alcazaba de Málaga at 40 kilometres
- Museums: 40 km away in Malaga you will find dozens of museums worth a visit, including the famous Picasso Museum, Centre Pompidou, Carmen Thyssen and the Automobile Museum, etc.
