This is an exceptionally high quality apartment, with many thoughtful features designed to help ensure that you have a wonderful stay. Tastefully furnished in a Scandinavian design, with comfortable beds and blackout blinds in all the 3 bedrooms, sleeping 6 people plus an infant.
There are 2 modern & premium bathrooms and an additional guest WC with laundry area, including washing machine and tumble dryer.
The fully equipped kitchen includes tea, coffee and all other items you might need. The apartment has very effective heating and air-conditioning throughout, including heated floors in the bathrooms for colder seasons.
The terrace is the absolute highlight, with bi-folding doors, enabling you to open up the entire apartment to the outside. The views are fantastic and the outdoor furniture is of exceptional quality, so you can dine or relax at all times of day.
You can park conveniently in the private, allocate parking space in the underground garage, and the gated complex is very secure. There is high speed WiFi throughout the property - you can easily work from the terrace whilst admiring the views.
There are 2 pools including a childrens pool. The large pool is outdoor, and heated all year round to 27/28 degrees, ensuring you can swim all year. There is a large gym with Technogym equipment as well, which is open everyday 6h-00h.
