Inside, the apartment is thoughtfully designed with an open-plan living/dining area, modern furnishings, and large patio doors that flood the space with natural light. It comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests, with a spacious double bedroom with patio doors leading out to the terrace and a cozy sofa bed in the living room. The fully equipped kitchen ensures you can prepare your meals at your convenience, and the stylish living room offers a perfect space to unwind after a day of exploring.

Whether you’re an avid golfer, seeking relaxation by the sea, or looking to explore the charming area of Mijas, this beautiful apartment provides the perfect base for all your activities. Less than a 10-minute drive away you will find yourself in the charming coastal village of La Cala de Mijas where you will find a beautiful beach and promenade plus various bars, restaurants and supermarkets.

We provide complimentary tea and coffee, as well as shampoo, shower gel and soap. Other items provided during your stay are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll. These should last a couple of days.

If you do need some assistance before or during your stay, the property manager is local to the property and the guest support team is available 24/7. We look forward to welcoming you!

Check-in to this property is by a personal Meet & Greet service between 3pm and 11pm. Please do let us know if your check-in time will be after 8pm as an additional charge will apply.

Check-out time is 11am. A €50 charge will be requested if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.

Pool/beach towels are available to rent at an additional charge. To be requested at time of booking.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
