Me and my wife planned a date night and picked this hotel. We had dinner reservations and I paid $70 in advance through Expedia for breakfast. The Hotel had a small kitchen fire so no dinner was served. We also did not get our breakfast we paid for and the hotel and Expedia refused to refund our $70. So basically they stole money from me. The Hotel had a complementary breakfast for ALL guests due to the fire inconvenience that was scrambled eggs, bacon and muffins. So we spent $70 for bacon and two coffees. Worth mentioning that almost no one at the hotel seemed to care at all, barely looked at us, just said no refund call Expedia. Felt like we were bothering them. Also, the fire caused a fire alarm and my wife had to walk down 8 flights of stairs with a bad knee. For some reason related to the fire the elevators were freezing and blowing strong winds (even the next day) I understand accidents happen and wouldn’t even write this review if I didn’t feel like they stole my money. Plain and simple I paid for a nice breakfast costing $35 a person and did not get it. With no refund that is stealing.

The room was fantastic!! They put us on the 14 floor. Floor to ceiling windows. Fantastic views. The room itself was very spacious. Gorgeous. Loved the bathroom. Everything clean. Customer service throughout hotel was fabulous. I would say this was one of the best rooms I’ve stayed in. Highly recommend!!
