The hotel was close to my son and also safe from the flooding that took place Saturday night. I know at one time it was a Crown Plaza. It has really gone down hill. No bar and no food. Place was full but nothing. So sad to see

The check in process and lobby were clean and quick friendly check in staff. Bed was very comfortable. Furniture looks outdated and the room smelled like urine or mildew, toilet wasn’t secure it wobbled when you sat and stood up.

We did not even end up staying. But because we booked through Expedia we could not be refunded. No hot tub. Carpet felt sticky and hard, couldn’t not wear shoes. Key cards were not working. Had to come down and back over 3 times. I will say the staff was friendly even if not very helpful. Which was probably not their fault.
