The morning staff was not very attentive to the coffee and creamer, they were both out, and needed to be told that BOTH coffees were out and creamer was out, as she was sitting on here phone. The overnight staff was wonderful, very friendly and willing to help

Parking Woes & Breakfast Wishes

(1) The parking situation was unacceptable—the lack of adequate spaces on any given night forced guests to park on the grass. (2) Hot breakfast selections should have included bacon as an option, and (3) Public trash cans located in the lobby and dining area were consistently filled to the brim. (4) Bonus points: Located within walking distance of Taco Bell and McDonald's.

Safety concerns bad customer service

The check in process was awful. The front desk person had one person before us who had already started the check in process but she kept disappearing so it took us a half an hour to check in. Then we had another guest come into our room with their card key. He was able to get into the room next door with the same key. When I mentioned this to the front desk, they were unconcerned and said the computer had checked them into the same room. If true, then how did they get into their room with the same key. Nice hotel and good breakfast.
