Blue Surf 16B: Suuri Persianlahdenäkymä; Vaiheet rannalle ja uima-altaalle

Tämä kahden makuuhuoneen yksikkö sai merkittävän kasvojenkohotuksen marraskuussa 2016 ja uudelleen huhtikuussa 2018 sisältäen uuden vinyylilevyjen lattiat, uudet portaat, uudet kvartsi työtasot, uudet huonekalut ja sisustus sekä uusi king-vuode makuuhuoneessa. Tässä yksikössä on kaksi parveketta upeilla Persianlahden näkymillä. Jokainen makuuhuone ja kylpyamme sijaitsevat erillisellä kerroksella ja eri puolilla kaupunkia tarjota mahdollisimman yksityisyyttä kahdelle pariskunnalle tai pari lapsia. Yläkerran master-kylpyammeeseen on asennettu uusi ylellinen suihkukaappi, jossa on vaaleanharmaa metrolla ja kivihelma. Molemmissa kylpyhuoneissa on seinälle asennettu hotelli-tyylinen hiustenkuivaaja. Blue Surf 16B: ssä on myös kaksi nimetyt off street -paikoituspaikat ja yksityinen, nopea Internet-palvelu Cox Cableilta. Sinulla ei pitäisi olla ongelma saada Internet-yhteyttä tai suoratoistovälineitä tällä yksityisellä wifi-järjestelmällä. Löydät ohjeet sisäänkirjautumiskirjeesi.

Great location and pet friendly. The bed was very uncomfortable and the construction next to us made it impossible to sleep in the mornings. The property was well taken care of and clean. The pool was nice and never crowded.

Great beach getaway!

The property was clean and had everything we needed for our stay! It was a short walk to the beach where chairs and umbrellas were included in the stay. The grounds were very well maintained. We also enjoyed several of the restaurants - all within walking distance! Communication with host was excellent.

It was just ok. Didn’t care for layout of the home living room upstairs, kitchen downstairs. Dryer seemed to vent out into the hall. Bathroom fan wasn’t working. Has to climb stairs to get to the townhome.

Great Stay

Our family enjoyed the condo during busy labor day weekend. The property matched everything in the description along with great views and walking distance from the beach right across the street! The property owner was nice and even let us check out an hour later upon request.

Family getaway

This townhome was a great layout for two couples. Beautifully decorated and clean. Rated as a 4 due to exterior construction off the townhome. However, this was outside the owners control and without asking she offered a free night for the inconvenience. Pet friendly places are hard to find so thankful this was a great option.

First Gulf experience

Ease of beach access was great. Having the chairs was nice touch but as we found out beach etiquette misses some of the masses. Found people parking directly in front of our chairs a bit. This was not monitored except by us. Only issue with the condo was the sliding doors were a bear for the family to get open. Other than that a top notch first experience and would spend a week at Blue Surf again, in fact plan to next year. This listing says 20% for the stay for a week we received 10% refund for a 7 days stay.

Much needed sunshine!

This property was wonderful. From balcony you could see the beautiful gulf waters and enjoy relaxing breezes. Beach access was directly across the street where we had an umbrella and 2 chairs waiting for us to enjoy. And if you wanted to enjoy a beverage Pampono Joe's ocean bar was a dew steps away. It was an awesome vacation!

Amazing!

We had an amazing time at this unit!!! The owner was so responsive and easy to communicate with. The condo was so nice and perfect distance to beach and super great view or beach and pool! Love that the walk was so easy and we didn’t have to mess with elevators or anything! Highly highly recommend!!

Love this place!

We have stayed multiple times in those unit (and other units owned by the owners ). They have been amazing to work with even when issues arise out of their control. They are very upfront with any issues, and the manager/housekeeper is AMAZING!! We’ll be back next year and are counting down the days!

Staying in Miramar Beach Blue Surf

This was a second year in the row we stayed in the same unit, and we absolutely love it. Amenities, access and closeness to the beach, kitchen supply since we like cooking and coming with the friends who stay in the same condo. Highly recommend for the family with kids - two level unit provides a great sense of privacy. We are planning to come back next year.

Short Getaway at Blue Surf

The Blue Surf Townhouse 16B was very comfortable and super clean. Dedicated parking space. Kitchen was nicely updated and provided full pot, pans and multiple utensils. Nice bedding and super large living area on 2nd floor. Our views from the two balconies were over the pool and garden area that extended to view of ocean. The walk way to the Beach that stopped traffic on the roadway was a plus. And the best amenities were the dedicated beach chairs and umbrella already setup on the beach for a nice day Of relaxation. Ocean temp was 84. The only slight issue was getting the large patio doors to lock properly located on floor 1 & 2. The salt air has not been nice to the inside hardware. The 9am checkout was probably the earliest checkout I encountered in my travels, however could be standard for this highly requested Destin location. I would recommend this townhouse if you are considering this location. Thanks.
