Room we were put in seemed like a basement said 1st floor must live in because the hallway stunk like food tv didn’t work window had a huge crack chair was filthy dirty and like white mold bunch of hair taped to wall asked for different room I paid for a king bed and room we got switched to had queen and double wanted to get reimbursed for difference said I couldn’t because have to go through 3rd party and the room we were switched to had bug in bed

This was a nice place to stay. It was conveniently located right off the interstate, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, though I prefer smoother sheets. I was pleased with the selection offered for breakfast.

Smelly room

I approached the counter, there were four people behind the counter watching TV until I had waited a couple minutes for service. Once we got to our room the smell of animal urine immediately hit us. Even with the fan on and window open it was unbearable.

Everything was clean and staff friendly and helpful. It was priced way below others so we were concerned. But the place was spotless but the facility and furniture were dated and used. Scratches and dents and older styles. We had dogs and it was perfectly acceptable for us and worth the price.

The room was very nice. It looks like they're in the process of updating., because the hallways and such were a little rough. Overall a very decent place for the price.The accessible toilet was the most important thing to me and that was a very nice restroom
