Booked this hotel after a concert, knowing it’s poorly managed after reading the reviews, my main concern was the room key we were given was universal to all rooms. I accidentally walked into the wrong room while they were sleeping. Another room guest allowed us to check on their door lock at it let us enter as well. We felt very unsafe and unsettled then after seeing our actual the room for the first time disgustingly dirty, we let the front desk know and got in our car and left immediately. They did not provide any type of reimbursement however Expedia helped me out.

Run down motel

Old, run down, burn holes in the sheets, no batteries in the remotes, what appeared to be blood on the back of the bathroom door, I would not book here again.

Rooms are "clean" if you don't look too hard. Dust everywhere. Railings outside and inside are lose , hallways have an odor, and not clean. Garbage cans are from the dollarama. Pool is not clean. Overall not generally clean or good looking. Repairs have to be done for sure. Windows probably have never been cleaned. Curtains inside room were dirty. Air conditioner was held in with tape.

The Grounds need cleaned up and there was cigarette burn on the bed. It was overall an ok stay for the cost

Little late that the beds didn't look like they've been washed in weeks they were stains on them the floors were filthy and sticky there is somebody's half eight and food in our fridge our top constantly leaked and drip the entire night and made noise the heat was set at 85° and no able to turn it down through the whole night sleeping

Shady sneaky charges

When you check in they tell you they're taking a certain amount of the room price. But then a couple of days later my card had the room charge plus another charge for the exact amount they "took off". It's super shady. When I called I was told it was a cancellation fee, but I didn't cancel? I did however cancel my future bookings with them.

Not family friendly. No heat in the room. Tried to call front desk at least 7 times no answer. Fire alarm kept going off. Lady screaming at the front desk scared my children. Fire trucks, police and ambulance there upon our arrival. Police at the hotel a few times over the 3 days we were there. No wheel chair access and no elevator. Our room was on the second floor. Did not accommodate us for first floor room.

Inexperienced staff. Tv didn’t work properly. Wrong remote. Ice machine only in one building and our rooms were in a different building. People at the pool playing their own music and singing karaoke using alcohol in glass bottles at pool side. We were there with toddlers and 10 yr olds ! Not appropriate! Signs were posted but no one checking to make sure . Would never stay here again! Too many red flags. Unhealthy conditions in the kitchen and continental breakfast area.
