If your looking a budget friendly resort that's clean and doesn't give total low budget rooms are pretty basic food was easy better on the weekend than during the week... one thing i loved the whole time they made soups everyday good two jamaican soups i stayed with my cousin for her bday we had a good time we was lit bare wray n him nephews i was drinking my family from Kingston so she met me up there and we well well enjoyed ourselves ... staff was good for the most part besides one we had a few incidents with but the manager he was right on it...they really do try to go out the way to make you feel safe and enjoyment the nightly entertainment wasnt bad although afterwards we would go out to the clubs on the rd.. check out 2727 for sure... oh n the beach was great the staff was kool asf there making sure a sista had her rumbar n wray lol... the lifeguard he even got my cousin to go kayaking all around good experiences and met kool ppl... i nvr stay in resorts when i come in to visit family in Kingston but this yr i wanted to treat my favorite cousin and it ended up being a great trip for both of us... will most definitely stay again... rooms a lil dated but we only sleep n bathe so it was fine ac most definitely kicked ......next time i may just bring my kiddos

Th resort is nice but food is sub par not a lot of variation , staff was not helpful when you asked questions they had a many little issues like closing the food places or the machine to make Sandwiches wasn’t there so that cut a lot of the food options you had , the resort is old dated rooms didn’t have a lot of outlets there was no iron in the room even though it had a ironing board , the resort is all inclusive yet the fridge is empty didnt understand that why not have drinks in the room for convenience , Entertainment they had was good the DJ that spinned at the club was great, but overall I had a good time . They could benefit from doing just minor changes

We had a wonderful stay! The food was so authentic and delicious unlike most resorts. We booked our shuttle and excursion through Expedia because it was cheaper. I HIGHLY recommend Dunn's river and blue hole adventure! We walked to doctors cave beach, you shouldn't miss that, there is a Starbucks beside it. We also walked to town which was nice, a little more indepth look at the culture and history. The front desk ladies were so helpful!

The property was good , the food options need to be updated and more authentic . They never had coconuts . Also the drinks were not that great, never had tequila . No fresh fruit mixers it all tastes too artificial. The room wasn’t bad. There should also me more night time dinner options to eat outside . They just had beef patties each night which wasn’t bad but more variety would be better with all inclusive . The best part was the beach across the street from the resort included in our stay which was beautiful .

I don’t think were all inclusive people. Check in was okay, they only gave me a map of the property after I asked, no one shows you around. Except for Giovanni at the front desk and one of the female servers in Jasmine were friendly. Outside of that, the hotel staff act as if you’re bothering them. You can't keep track of all of the different times the different restaurants were open and some if them, never. We were lucky enough to walk off property to Bollywood restaurant one night and have a delicious meal. We had a dinner reservation and couldnt get to it because the road was closed for a race for 3 hours and no one at the hotel even mentioned. We also got out to Sugar Hill a very nicw restaurant at a golf club, amazing food and service. The cherry on top was when I wernt to check out, I put my key on the front desk and started to leave and the woman working the front desk said very rudly, 'you're going to have to wait to check out'! I worked in hotels for 7 years and if i ever spoke to a guest like she spoke to me, i would have been written up or fired. I think there's a lot of choices to stay in Montego Bay that are not this.

A great location if you'd like to be close to the airport and the sunsets are amazing. Be prepared for noisey nights as the property is on the strip.
