It’s honestly a great experience so I won’t complain about anything. The staff were very respectful. And it’s a beautiful resort, its own beach, free water sports activities, it’s was a great experience. I would for sure come back.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. I was even more happy when I found out that it was owned and operated by a Jamaican. Every single member of the staff, from the front desk, to dining, to lifeguards, to bar staff, to bell hops.. every single person was great. Excellent customer service. So pleased that I decided to book another stay for later this year!

Nice inclusive for someone who has never had the experience of an all inclusive resort before. My biggest disappointment was the food choices. The menu selections in the main dining room varied very little from day to day.

Was such a cluster trying to check in. We have been emailing sinse September 1 of 2034. The resort did not have elevator we can not book. Was told by phone that they did. When checking in. It 2as ver upsetting. The put me on 3rd floor and no elevator. I spoke with nurse and manager, they changed our room out.

The food was terrible and between meals there is nothing to eat, house keeping only left limited towels for two people, we ask for blankets for two days. The beach is closed at night time so you can’t walk on the beach. Staff were very rude and not friendly at all. I’m not one that writes reviews but because they f my experience I wanted to share. I would never go back there again.

Everything was just OK. The food was somewhat repetitive and a lot of the staff didn't was indifferent to the guests. Our room had a lot of issues and was very run down. But the location was good and the beach was lovely. We felt safe and had plenty of space to ourselves. Overall you get what you pay for.

First time visiting Jamaica, and because of Sea Garden, it won’t be the last! Everyone was so helpful, friendly, and accommodating. The beach was beautiful, the pool was amazing, the food was to die for, and they’re only getting better! I’m looking forward to trying the Chinese Restaurant the next time I come back!

1. Before checking the list of registered guests in her hand, the security guard thought it was her duty to ask me if I had just booked that day as it if that question was material. Had she looked on her list and not seen my name, then it would have been legitimate. 2. The front desk agent was great. 3. The rooms were spacious and clean. The carpets and tiles in the common areas have seen greater days. 4. My source of great discontent is that I have never visited any property overseas or locally when a guest could not visit me on property. There are no printed or published signs indicating that this is the policy of the resort. I had major photoshoot scheduled in Rose Hall and my stay at this hotel was literally a pit stop for this event. My MUA arrived and it was at this juncture, I was told about the rule. I requested to speak to a manager and the night manager (who was called and told that I was in front of the front desk personnel) did not think me worthy to have a conversation with or even care about the dilemma I found myself in (which inevitably caused an engagement involving multiple professionals to run hours behind because of the existence of a rule that none of us knew about). This scant disregard and disrespect would have never happened at the Hilton. I promptly checked out and I will never spend my money at an establishment where a Manager has no time to speak directly to guest, where rules are not published and no empathy can displayed to a paying customer.

The property was clean. It’s not a huge but it’s intimate. The food selection was no vast but what was available was lovely. Workers were great. The bar tenders need to be more inviting . They did their jobs but a smile and a a bit of verbal exchange would add to a more fun experience. Overall good price and you get good service keeping prize in mind. Giovanni was excellent. The ladies in the restaurant were great.

Property is well-maintained with all the amenities one could ask for. Staff are super friendly. Private beach area is gorgeous. Food offerings were consistently delicious. I recommend staying at the resort, as surrounding area is a bit sketchy.
