Staff, amenities, bed….a billion other things. Staff stood out most of all. They were so incredibly kind and forgiving. The room was beautiful, as well. We would absolutely stay here again, and probably will be doing that soon! Thanks Munras Inn for providing such a great place to stay!

The receptionist was friendly and we did like the proximity of the hotel from the DelMonte shopping mall and downtown. Things to improve: A) office/reception is only open from 8am-10pm and on our last night the card keys didn’t work, luckily we came back to the hotel before 10 and had them updated B) Some sort of snack/vending machine would be nice since there’s no cafeteria on-site Overall we had a pleasant and quiet stay

I was pleasantly surprised by this inn. Pulling in, the front desk staff were really hospitable, sent us a message before check in, and were helpful. The fireplace and vaulted ceilings also added a cozy touch. I would stay here again for the price and comfort! Thank you.

After an accidental booking (thought I'd booked Casa Munras), we pulled up and despite a mid looking exterior with no charm, the inside of thw room was decent and clean. The lobby did not really help firat impressions at all either. Our room was clean and basic, felt safe enough. It did have a fireplace which was nice. We were eye level with the driveway, which was interesting. For the price it was okay. But I wont be staying here again by choice.

Hard to find my room! The bathroom was not clean, and the bathroom area was slippery and sticky! The carpet didn't smell good! For one night it was enough.
