Stayed one night on a work trip. The hotel staff were great - very welcoming. My room was straight forward but noticeably clean and quiet. Hotel is right next to McGill campus - walking distance to the best of downtown Montreal.

Fantastic stay.

Arrived early for check in but no problem at all, very friendly greeting and checked me right in. Room was huge, plenty of seating and very comfortable, perfect for business trip or vacation. Housekeeping noticed I had drank all the coffee supplied on the first so they left me ample the next day, that's a nice touch. Overall very impressed amazing stay.

We had a great stay at the Ville Marie Best Western. Everything was nice. The amenities had a feeling of newness and everything was clean and comfortable. We got great help from Danny at the front desk, who found us a room with a mountain view, which went well beyond what we were expecting. I general, very friendly and helpful staff at the front desk and also at the restaurant. We had a last-minute catastrophe with our trip planning and the front desk staff had everything sorted out in minutes and everything was taken care of more thoroughly than we could have imagined. This is also a great downtown location that is very convenient and near a lot of great coffee shops, restaurants and other amenities.
