Our room 1402 was noisy with the laundry carts above us or coming out of the elevator disturbing our sleep in the morning. Would like to have been told that our room was next to the elevator and given the option to have a quieter room elsewhere.

It was a great spot in center of city. Plenty of food options. Shopping. And close to many other attractions. Staff was very helpful. Only complaint was mattress seemed somewhat rundown? Otherwise perfect choice for us.

The hotel felt overpriced for what it offers. The washrooms and amenities are outdated, and the shower setup isn’t practical—the curtains don’t cover the tubs properly, so you have to angle the showerhead toward the wall to avoid water spilling out. On the bright side, the service was excellent. When I called the front desk for extra towels, they arrived almost immediately, which I really appreciated.
