Great location for access to Parc Maisonneuve and Olympic Stadium. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was good. Location isn’t great for access to restaurants or other parts of the city. The nearest metro stop is a 15 minute walk - you can access anything from there but it takes time. Soundproofing in the rooms is not great- you could hear people talking in the hallway at all hours of the night.

Room was very clean and staff were excellent. We had a problem with being able to turn down the temperature. Maintenance showed up quickly were unable to fix it as was later at night. They provided us with a fan which did the trick. Great location for the botanical gardens and metro stops.

Pool was clean and warm with 2m deep end. Kids had a great time jumping in the pool that was never too busy. The food in the restaurant was fantastic and the service was great. We stayed here to visit Biodôme and botanical gardens. We had a view of the mountains from our room.

Côté amélioration, les cartes magnétiques donnant accès à notre chambre (504) n'étaient pas fiables. Il a fallu demander à la réception de nous aider plusieurs fois. La cause exacte du problème n'a pas été identifiée. L'ascenseur à côté de la réception était plutôt lent à faire venir. Celui à l'autre bout de l'édifice était nettement plus rapide, peut-être parce qu'il était moins utilisé. La salle de bain bénéficierait d'une barre porte serviette à côté de l'évier et d'un porte savon.
