Good clean quiet well run hotel. Only issue I had was the bed is like sleeping on a pile of bricks, mattress is very hard. They would need to put a memory foam protector a few inches thick so you can sleep on it. Doubt I will be back until that is done.

Had a clean, reliable, and pleasant stay here on a weekend in February. There are two very small elevators to take you up the 16 floors. Staff was nice. Parking is available for ~$25/night underground but is very LOW CLEARANCE and only fits smaller cars. My SUV parked across the street at the govt building’s parking garage which the hotel recommended for a similar price. Buzz into the lobby at that building to get your car back (it’s a maze to get into the garage otherwise). Pleasant stay overall and would return. Clean hotel and easy walk to anything Montreal!

Short walk from the central train station, and a very competitive room rate which includes a decent breakfast. The rooms are suites and surprisingly spacious. It is right on Sherbrooke so there is some ambient noise from the street. Meant to but did not try out the pool. There was a light dripping sound from the bathroom, but a drip could not be found, and it was not loud enough to bother you at all. The room was warm and it was difficult to moderate the temp, especially at night. We tried the ceiling fan but it did make a noise that would keep you awake.

This was our second stay here and it was just as good as past year. The room was perfect for our 5 night stay. The kitchen is FULLY stocked! We met many staff members and they were all very friendly and professional. The location cant be beat. You're steps away from the Eaton Centre and a grocery store. Tons of great places to eat and bus routes to anywhere you cant walk to. Dont bother driving in Montreal. Cant say enough good things about this hotel. We'll be back again for sure!

Good hotel who needs reno

Location is excellent, near the metro McGill, directly on Sherbrooke where you can also take the bus. The hotel is clean, but very old. The breakfast is included, but don't expect a full breakfast, it's decent, but unfortunately no options for lactose-intolerant people, even for coffee.
