It was a simple motel room, but the bed was comfortable and it was right in Montrose. We would have loved to have a small coffee maker so we could have made our own coffee when we woke up.

The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. We were right next to a busy street so I was worried about noise but didn’t hear any traffic noise at all. Unfortunately in the winter months the office doesn’t open until 8 am so we went elsewhere for coffee and breakfast.

Appreciated the pre-communication, texts. Good check in system (key lock boxes for late arrival). I had to be moved because of plumbing problem, into tiny single, but paid for double suite with amenities- no discount. No coffee pot or hairdryer. Room very clean, heat worked well.

Newly remodeled, very nice. The staff that checked us in was a little less than friendly though. Room was freezing when we got there but easy fix. Concerned that the door doesn't latch shut very well!
