I was charged an additional $100 and unable to communicate with the front desk clerk. My itenarary was paid in full with Expedia and One Key Cash with the remainder of $42.96 paid to Red Roof on 1/20/26 by credit card on file. Please follow up with this complaint and refund of $100 to that card. I am furious! The room was horrible broken lamp clock and no hot water for shower. I would like a full refund.
