We have difficulty walking distances, so always request to be placed near a door. Our room was the far back corner of the hotel, down two long halls from the entry and breakfast room. When we requested coffee for the in-room coffee maker, housekeeping they said we would need to go to the front desk, that housekeeping keeps requesting it for their carts but is not getting it.

Stay was great, front desk staff was very helpful, the room was nice however the vathrom was lacking when the tub drain was not even connected and the pool firnature was broken and lacking.

The lady working was very nice. the hotel was clean and quiet. There was a problem with my bill and apparently Expedia shorted them for a city tax fee which I had to pay when I got to the hotel. In my opinion, I should not have had to pay that and that Cost should’ve been absorbed by Expedia as it was their mistake. Nonetheless, I paid the bill will probably avoid Expedia in the future.

I had an appointment in Jackson Mi Henry Ford hospital that was rescheduled. I requested either a refund or rebook a different date. It’s a 4 hour trip one way . I requested this 6 days prior to the booking. I attempted to resolve this with Expedia and they were very helpful and unsuccessful. Very disappointed, why did you not allow me to reschedule?
