We booked here because we had to be at the airport at 4am. Hotel was ok, rundown and worn, and our room was noisy since we were two rooms away from the restaurant. Overall ok, and obviously no shuttle needed. However it was difficult to find, since we arrived at terminal 1 and had to transfer. Learned later that it is super easy to follow signs if you arrive in terminal 2, but there are no description or signs if you enter from the outside of terminal 2. We were turned away twice by military security because they did not know the hotel exists.

What this hotel does not tell you at booking is that no guest can come visit you here. Even thought hotel has no direct access to airport. It is a 5 minute wake away.

Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Price I didn’t need a shuttle — just walked over from the airport — but that’s about the only positive. The room was a small, windowless box with paper-thin walls; I could hear everything happening in the rooms next to mine. Definitely not worth the price. No breakfast included — not even a muffin or a cup of coffee. I had a 20-hour layover and hoped to explore a bit of Mumbai, but that turned out to be far more complicated than expected. When I asked the front desk staff if there were any excursions or city tours I could book, they looked confused and ended up sending me to a food court across the street. Getting back into the airport afterward was difficult, even with the card they gave me. All in all, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel — not even to my worst enemy.
