There was no cutlery apart from teaspoons, Plates or mug bit disappointing as there is no restaurant on site. The phone in our room kept lighting up every 20mins throughout both nights we were staying Overall tge hotel is lovely

We were there for family event, we book for 3 pm when we got there our room wasn't ready, after a long 4 hour drive. The staff done an amazing job to help us get in to our room. So grateful we got into our room and was amazing separate lounge and bed room walk in shower we ended up staying an extra night was perfect for us. Across the road was a supermarket really convenient. If we come back to Napier will stay there a again perfect
