*Given the nature of the climate, you may find little critters every now and then. The unit is thoroughly cleaned, but the occasional critter is unavoidable. We tend to attract ants when guests don't take out their trash regularly. There is a map in the unit showing where you can take your trash, please clean up accordingly. *
*This is a non-smoking condominium. Smoking of any substance on the property, including but not limited to marijuana, tobacco, and vaping, will result in a fine for the guest.*

*Please keep in mind this is an old building. While fully functional and completely safe, the pipes connected to the bathroom drain emit an unpleasant odor occasionally. We have a solution that solves this problem, but the smell may creep up. If such an occasion occurs, the guest may apply the solution to the pipes to avoid the odor.*

We are following CDC guidelines for cleaning and disinfecting and are using the recommended cleaning products.
